Ms. Niranju Mani is a seasoned professional with over two decades of diverse experience in corporate learning and development, teaching, and social project implementation.
An alumna of BIT Mishra, Ranchi, with a Master’s degree in Information Technology, she has successfully traversed and bridged the technology, capacity building, and development practice gaps among youth. Ms. Mani comes with experiences of working with multinational corporations, municipalities, village authorities, and state government bodies, where she has led impactful initiatives in capacity building, organisational performance enhancement, and community-focused project execution. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions, capacity need assessments, stakeholder engagement consultation and strategies that aligns project objectives, institutional priorities with grassroots needs from the government lens and delivery timelines.
